I would assume there will be at least two adults per unit, and maybe children.

We could use someone to help us navigate occupancy laws (# of unrelated adults per dwelling, safety standards), as well as someone who can help us establish a solid business model. 

My home is an American four square ornamental that was built n 1906 and my neighbors building I'm guessing shortly after maybe in the 20,30's.

I know this was american properties, but in Canada my market saw 6.6% appreciation between january and now with a good property fetching around 9-10% gross rent of purchase price.
