They work on these issues all the time and will do it much faster than you thought you could.In my commercial transactions even though I know certain things I let the professional do their job and get out of the way unless they are dropping the ball.

I did get the address and phone number and I will call him back tomorow witha ball park figure of what I can offer to see if he is even in the ball park.I spent today out putting up bandit signs, it was a little scary because I didnt want the neighbors getting mad at me, but it was kind of fun at the same time.
