After listening to a few of them and then watching a couple of webcasts, I became a Pro Member just so I would have access to all the past webcasts.

I have just joined BP after watching several podcasts.

After reading a few articles, mostly here on Bigger Pockets, as well as watching the videos it seems like an easy system to use which worries me that I am over looking something.

For example a home I was watching went into default, things to that effect were recorded at the county, auction notice, etc, it all showed up there.Then the owner got current.
