While I’ve never dealt with landscaping because I’m in Vegas, pools haven’t been an issue. 

GSMNP is the big draw, but Harrah’s Cherokee Casino isn’t far from their too.

I was looking into condos for STR in Lake Las Vegas.

I had previously searched in Las Vegas and Phoenix but am now considering something closer to home (Los Angeles resident) bc it seems "easier" for my first run , the properties seem to be similarly priced across these three markets for what I am searching (sub-200k) and the conventional loan rate I was quoted is under 7%.

I have also been looking at the Las Vegas area, as a personal friend of mine is in that area and has told me there are some good deals there.Please reach out to me if you have any insight into the North Jersey, Jersey Shore, or Las Vegas real estate markets.....or if you are just from one of these areas and looking to connect.

I think this can be true in Vegas and Phx and certainly in your market..

I fly out of North Las Vegas and own a 182.

@Steve Shin I have 2 rentals in Texas and 1 in Las Vegas.

I can make a weekend trip to Reno or Las Vegas to buy a property which would be hard to do for a property in PA.
