The compromise would be cosmetic things like laminate flooring installed over wood floors that need finishing simply to protect them.I’m located in south central Wisconsin.

Not sure why anyone would ever have the doors in the wood and black base.

This hopefully will be the “closing off the elements” phase so I can move into the new wood framing, stairs, floor joists, etc.The task at hand now is to see how aggressive the owner is willing to make a deal on a property like this.
