That's what we've had for the past 10 years, which is why the Fed rate is always talked about so much...and it also contributes to the bigger and bigger gap between the rich and poor. 

They all seem very appreciative of this.If a tenant fails to communicate, hides from me, abandons the property, or otherwise tries to avoid working with us, then I'll follow my normal procedures, as much as the law allows.

I'm the boots on the ground, I find and structured the deals, walk the properties, write up the offers and communicate with our agent, my money partner and I split 50/50.

I am currently going thru the audiobook of Rich Dad Poor Dad. 

Rental property investing is a wealth generator not a get rich quick generator.

I do want to try to work with this guy and maybe help him with the rent if need be, the problem is, he is cut off all lines of communication with us. 

If you haven't read "Rich Dad Poor Dad" that would be my first recommendation before doing anything lol.
