They need to at least put warning language into the law to deter abuse, and the media needs to mention this when they publish news and commentary about it.

The good news is that raising capital is one thing that you can start on your own, even without partners or without a deal.

Which is wonderful news, because if it was this easy and automate-able, then wall-street would simply buy the top 10 in every market in America perpetually and you and I would have no opportunity.
