Washington state investors, have you done any deals in Yakima?

Does anyone have any good options that are safe and won't break the bank?

I have a lot I have purchased in Cancun and am needing to submit plans for the construction of the home itself fairly soon and am like a fish out of water.

There is understandably a lot of drama between them that we have had the opportunity to hear about, but we are not interested in that. 

Obviously you hire an eviction specialist, preferably a year ago they would have paid for themselves already.

Hello, I have a two-unit SFH (first floor unit & second floor unit which share a main entrance but have separate private entrances once inside the house), located in California (I know...).
