Tmayn, you may want to double check your figures with regard to purchase price and 9.5 or 9% rate... using $350k, it is true at interest only you may have a little less than your normal payment but, who will be paying the taxes, water, sewer, electric, heat, repairs/maintenance, etc?

Uwe said it best...dj, are you also taking into consideration....other factors.Such as water, sewer, trash, HOA, gas, heat, electric...Often times owners of multi family properties pay 1,2 or up to all of these cost, which should be subtracted from the gross income.
