I was thinking the same thing. 

All the investors just say “tap into your equity” but never actually tell you how to get that equity with the loan process. 

I added my latest rental property to Stessa then clicked the button to syndicate with Zillow, Trulia, and Hotpads.

They are a couple and have nothing to pitch, just investors.

ALL mine are 2, 3 %ish rule, all in 75k, rent will be 1700, All in 90K, rent will be 1800- 2k, all in MH 95k, rent will be 1700ish, 1% is VERY easy.BTW NEVER buy the prop just because its the 1% rule, MASSIVE mistake.

I spent the most time customizing the messages (I use 95% of what they write, just add/tweak a bit to make them my own).
