I see the claim that LA, San Diego, OC, or San Francisco do not have decent cash flow but historically this is incorrect.

I love this site, but there is one thing that really irks me, and that's the amount of posts that are just peoples incorrect assumptions or even straight-up lies, rather than actual information.
