Hey BP users, I was just wondering should I go to college.

Orlando and Gainesville, both have major colleges with a huge student attendance.

The challenge which has held me back for the past 2 years is that I live and work in manhattan and am recently out of college (24 years old).Buying in manhattan isn't realistic for me nor does it provide me with a good enough cash on cash return for someone starting out (even if I did have the money to buy a multifamily here, I'd want to invest elsewhere).

We now own two triplexes in a college town.

I interned for a senator in NC during college, a lot of real estate investors end up running for local senate/house and getting it in their home state.

As a college student my monies would be very closely watched.

Going to college (WSU) in January for entrepreneurship is something I look forward to, but I'd rather get into real estate before than so I don't have to rack up a bunch of debt.
