I have witnessed many projects where there are "too many cooks in the kitchen" and the timeline gets extended.

What if they cook food that has a strong smell, play music louder, etc...

Around $7500 was for damages done to a small kitchen put in a few years ago (water damages to lower cabinets and uppers coated with a film from smoking mixed with grease from cooking).   

The tenant is suspected of cooking meth in your property and the police have a warrant to search the property, who will be the first person they would contact to access the property?

@Steve Cook The inventory hasn’t really been increasing all that much that I’ve seen, not at my price point anyways.

By not roasting the golden goose and by slow cooking it, I will pay myself so much more in the long run.

I want to post the sign on the concrete drive way, my idea is to put a pot with soil on drive way then stick the sing on it.

and that provides a constant stream of cancellations, people using pot in the apartment and messes throughout, having to cancel subsequent guests and spending hundreds on cleanup, people smoking against rules, extra guests that were nondisclosed, police visits—yikes.

@Jesse Byrer I had great success with Tom Raleigh at Halsted Law Group and thought the fees were quite reasonable, but it was in Cook county.
