They have certainly gotten better over time but I've never had an issue other my own lack of due diligence on a particular property so I can't blame Roofstock on that one.You can find great deals on Roofstock depending on what you are looking for and if you act quickly ( set up a filter that emails you immediately, I have been checking my email in work meetings and found fantasic deals that get swallowed up by other investors within minutes of hitting the market , so you have to act fast..Some of the properties have decent cash flow, others are appreciation plays.

With windchill -51F, that means you have to wear a hat and gloves ;-)I had two properties with high efficency heaters ice up on me; which is a problem, as the interior temperatur drops fast and you end up with frozen pipes.
