And I believe Gold Coast has online courses. 

I mean gold - then buy it back from you for pennies on the dollar in 12-24 months when you are broke.

Agents are worth our weight in gold if we are smart and honest and accurate and hard working.

I would add bonds and gold to that.

Hi Folks,It has been a while that I'm following Marco Kozlowski's mentorship program and his videos, seller calls etc, and it seems this guys is offering 100% financing for any deal which you acquire at below 30% discount compared to the appraised market value, through different programs as what he is offering Silver, Gold, Dimond (based on asset size and class) and he says he will teach you how to do it through his mentorship program.I was just wondering if any of you guys had any experience with Marco or his offered programs?

Truthfully, it's vitally important to all investments, but because the turnkey industry has become rather.... amorphous, it is even more important to know what you're looking for and be able to weed out the less-than-scrupulous organizations.
