@Joe Fairless has a monthly meet up as well that I attend, it is currently virtual due to covid.

Too soon to tell how effective this will be but I’ve tried virtually everything else. 

When you look at something like Case Shiller instance which adjusts for inflation, it is virtually a useless metric.

I know virtually nothing when it comes to tax deductions, creating an LLC and going S corp, depreciating assets and whether thats appropriate or not at this point, tax breaks for work expenses, etc.
