My issue is how this might be compiled, how information may be tied together.What's the use of this "book" I'm just getting uncomfortable being a co-author with 25 others, some of whom may put out information that I may really have some issues with.

Also I remember someone who was uncomfortable selling his house for cash as they literally envisioned a briefcase full of cash (like drug money in a movie).  

I see the irrigation system routinely leaking into the street - a small stream.

I bought it anyway :) It was all BS, she didn't want to be terrorized anymore by renters, she kept buyers away for over 5 years with that routine of hers.

One huge stress factor is that I solely pay property taxes, maintain and manage the units, and keep them rented while my parent routinely demands the split partnership if sold.

I've been listening since they began and it's become a part of my routine.

I routinely call listing agents to get info and will then shape my offer based on this or decide if it's even worth my buyer's agent going to check the property out.

They deal, usually, with a slightly different group of buyers and sellers and work in a space where most retail agents are uncomfortable.

As in taking a year to slow down, to give up normal routines, to say no more, to make space to be spontaneous and chase new adventures.
