I would absolutely run a check today.

Then just today, i received a feedback from another buyers agent that she came right up to potential buyers today and screamed in their window to “Get the “F” out of here”.

Of course, technology has been created, and will continue to be created, that will make home buyers' quest for property easier if they choose to go-it-alone, but the fact is, the technology that we have today provides insight that is far too generic to be considered "valuable" in my opinion.It all comes down to 2 things for me:1.

Account Closed the inventory moves pretty fast, especially for move in ready homes.

I find lawyers aren't cheap but sure a whole lot better to spend a couple grand today to be able to sleep at night.

Fast forward past a wonderful job in CA, I had a series of awful jobs and thought, "there must be a better way". 

Fast forward to now we have established an LLC and purchased a fixer upper CASH but need to sale the initial house to make the repairs.

But is does require more management day to day. 

I bought the property for $105,000 and it would probably sell for $230,000 today before closing costs. 

They wereeffective for 2-3 years, then the explorers weren't leaving fast enough for me, so I sprayed the bags with the wasp spray.
