I have three SFH's.

It was been three weeks since we made the move, and way too early to tell for sure, but I have about 20 hours a week back in my life because I am not doing stuff that is their responsibility.

I tried doing this with a three-condo building and was told that it wasn't possible (three-units, one owner-occupied, renting out other two) unless they were recombined into one prior to the sale. 

By the end of this year, I will have bought three properties (1 primary, 2 investment properties).  

Then took out two different home equity loans to buy three more.

He wants to make me a "sweet-heart of a deal" on three 4-plexes he owns.

Below are my goals for the next 5 years:1st Year: One Duplex Property (plan to live in one unit)3rd Year: 2 properties owned with positive cashflow, 1 house flipped within three months. 5th year: 5 properties owned with positive cashflow, 2 houses flipped within two months. 

I am seeking advice for purchasing an home owner's insurance for a three bedroom row house that is 1092 square feet.

My husband and I have been investing for three years now.
