Anybody on here renting out a storage spot?

I've been looking to build self storage.

Everyone has the easement on their property.However, if the property has an easement for a water storage or stormwater HOLDING basin, then you likely will have a problem. 

We currently only have rental properties and have no experience with self storage.

I've been speaking to a seller about a piece of property with two SFH, two storage style buildings that could be rented, and it has 12 full hookups for campers (RV's) which out-of-town workers are occupying situated on three acres of land.

I am currently trying out Stessa, but it feels more like a "financial" and doc storage software.I currently self-manage and will be adding an executive assistant to take over this role.
