DIscussing loan terms with a potential borrower for funds from another source puts you in a position as an originator/broker.To flip that, you need to close the deal in your name and allow the new buyer to assume existing financing, which doesn't seem to go with your past posts, but still a doable line of facilitating deals.

Cheaper taxes, decent rents with 10-12% cap is doable, units rent quick. 

Campus real estate is just different.As I expand further in to Lexington and the surrounding counties, your advice becomes much more doable.

I still think it is doable, but there is no re-finance (cash-out re-fi) solution in Sweden.

That's not to say it's not doable.

@Brandt Tingen Sure, 95% LTV conventional refinance is perfectly doable as long as you have reasonably strong credit and good qualifications.

Prices are still do-able-ish and your in a not too bad distance from the beach....schools are problematic though if that's something you need. 

(BTW, if you genuinely can only think of 2 reasonable options no matter how hard you try, PLEASE stay in college until you can come up with at least 6-8 realistic, do-able options.

Especially if you run into issues with Airbnb and they snooze the listing because of a major issue with a guest.
