Our Senior housing is seeing 20-30% 

I'm also a mexican citizen so my process is different.

One might need an average or better performer to keep up with some better known publically traded senior housing facilities Reits.

Or can you dive right in, learn to swim by gulping water, take a little risk and accept a minor loss or a break-even on your first project or so just for the experience, maybe partner up with a senior and take a smaller cut to earn some stripes, and nibble at it that way.

But with the help of right seniors in GAREIA and lenders in Atlanta I was able to get myself out from these scammers.
