If you use land trusts in your real estate investing business and appoint someone to be the trustee of your land trust(s), can you also be the trustee of other people's trusts at the same time?

I only have 10 listings currently but my goal is to ramp this up pretty rapidly towards 50+ units and I can already see housekeeping and linens being my #1 stumbling block.

There is satellite markets to Twin Cities that tick the box of "affordable" still, although that's rapidly disappearing. 

Ask them up front to run your report through a "Wayfinder" or "Rapid Rescore" program. 

The current portfolio consists of strong value add properties and it’s rapidly growing but I know that even more growth would be possible by expanding access to capital.Have any of you had experience bringing on pension funds, finance companies, family offices, etc as L.P.’s?
