When investors ask about what Praxis means they are more impressed that it actually means something than if I were to say it was some random combination of letters.

My soon-to-be first property isn't located in an area where packages can be left by the door and not be randomly stolen.

There are also a few 1031 people on here who seem like they'd act in similar fashion with how quickly they respond to random questions....

All these random lines that people are drawing between raising rent slowly versus fast, or evicting one versus many, or passing on one deal versus buying another, are really just about making yourself feel better at the end of the day.

I'm a month into house hacking my 3 unit and I can't get people to rent because of the crowd of random people hanging out on the side walk between my place and the liquor store just north of me.
