the roof I would go with a 25 year shingle if I could that would be a better cost point ,metal the labor and material will push the cost up but has to do with the return that you can get offf your dollar.

The truth is we grow wiser as we mature and your best years are still ahead.  

I also want to push the wall out 3 feet in the living room  to display the post and beam.  

Hey everyone,I'm still pretty new to BP, but have some potentially great news ahead, so I thought I'd share.My fiance and I are just getting our feet wet on our Real Estate Investing, and landed our first 2-family rental on March 31st through an FHA loan.

The folks you want to do business with put their name ahead of their money and, in my humble opinion, you should strive for the same.  

Myself and my friends have been trying to push through a good portion of the podcasts, and I myself have been trying to read many books that have been recommended for real estate. i've only gotten through a couple, but i'm working my way through.

My question is should I go ahead and take care of the remaining repairs while it's listed?

Now I am excited to really put these strategies to work and PUSH myself to reach some serious life goals through REI.

One way to minimize the "damage" in the rare case that this does happen: push as much of your research and due diligence towards the end of the process as you can.
