This is all too complex to explain the revenue potentials on a forum or in any short space but that being ok as well as we have a group that currently is involved in this commitment and yet I fear they will have limited resources and possibly may be looking to bring others in as well.

I located a rental from the mls. 7 units. 2 commercial, and 5 residential with 2 bedroom and bath. the building is a total of around 12,000 sq ft not sure how big the commercial spaces are.

Either owned and operated a small business and it became larger, worked for a successful start up (think high tech), that went public, went to "trade school" (doctor, lawyer) and went to the upper reaches of their field, or worked long and hard at their job, saved and invested wisely and didn't pi## away their money on foolish things like new cars every two years etc.There are two sides to becoming a millionaire, getting it (offense) and keeping it (defense).

If the rules were changed to allow direct bids from the public I wouldn't need an agent/broker at all.Most of the folks I know negotiation lower commissions with agents/brokers as part of their deals now.
