I hope to find a couple great mentors who excel in both real estate and business.Within the last couple years, I have started and continually grown my lawn care business but also perform small remodel tasks and other products related to construction.

It is just not that easy as some (who sell this product) would have you believe.

I'm an educator from NYC with a family in tow looking to produce a little extra income (alright, ...maybe a lot extra) during my off time, and I've been browsing around the forums and blogs.

I just caution because a lot of people don't realize what they are getting into with that kind of setup.I work with a company who does that model in Philly, but the only reason I recommend them and trust them to do it is because I've been working with them for years on fully-finished turnkeys and I know their business principles and finished products and such.

My job the last few years were helping companies make new products for consumers.

@Annie Thompson  I think one of the main functions of the site is to compare actual product side by side and compare cities and see what kinds of returns.. are out their from the providers that post their inventory  its real inventory that can be bought and you don't need to go to a squeeze page to get the super secret inventory lists LOL..I would not base a buy decision solely on  online reviews.. 

Even google chrome can be used as a editor.2) Use wix to create your site, and then, cheat the system my downloading the end product and uploading to your own free hosting.

I just can't really see why NOT to go with someone else if their programs/products "shine".Thank you for any input.Ben

I would not go with Lima, B2r, colony or any other broker selling their product unless you have absolutely exhausted every option.
