If I'm following this correctly, the 1st issue I see is that you have an "active" business (consulting) versus a "passive" business (the rental property, assuming you don't do hands on management, etc.)...this would be a separating line for many people I've talked to about this. 

Hi Ron, it depends on the texture of the walls, finish of paint and quality of paint but usually rolling is easier for most people.

My problem is that I believe people when they tell me things.My solution is to use an employment agency. 

And I've seen people say the later is 6 months, not true because some 6 month periods have more than 180 days.

Not to mention, it's becoming increasely difficult to find people who'll agree to return to the unit to perform repairs due to tenant's behavior.How would you handle this?

I always tell people the best way to find off-market deals is to focus on one specific market, network, do deals there, etc.

For someone with your background that has built companies, I can imagine completely handing off control in a syndication may be challenging.
