It sounds like their a pain to deal with on short sales and reo's, but as far as banking is concerned, I've been with them for over 10 years and have been very happy.

Unfortunately this deal is fully subscribed, I guess I could ask the other investors if they would like to take a smaller position... or I could lower my own equity position but that means I would have very little skin in the game(I made it seem like a real pain in the butt).

With that said, mobile homes are a pain. you have fees from the parks, banks will not lend to anyone on them, and your tenants/buyers are usually a lot of work to deal with.What is your motivation to work with mobile homes instead of a traditional home?
