@Renee Mills, to make your most on land deals you need to present a package for buyers to review to increase the ease of marketing the property.

I started using Anderson myself (unlimited LLC package) after 6 years of investing and its been difficult to transition to the new structure.  

They had long since written this off, No restrictions, no fancy short sale package. 

Joshua,I just had one of my investors buy a package of properties from me.

So perhaps he negotiated in his package with the new company extra funds that are supposed to cover his rent.

You need to get a marketing package from the selling realtor.

This unique position allowed us to implement an interior value-add, upgrade amenity package, and push rents to match existing markets.

I’m also assuming that there are multiple types of subscriptions (options/packages).

Has anyone utilized this loan package by having the equity partner put down the cash and obtain the loan and then transfer the property to a 50/50 owned LLC to then ensure the equity split for the sweat equity partner?
