If the PM contract was terminated with the sale, then the funds should have been credited to you at closing.You should provide your tenant a notice that states you are the new LL and that rent is to be paid to you in the future and that you now have their security deposit.

I noticed we did not state in the lease that failure to pay was grounds for termination, only a negative report to the credit bureau.

I noticed that HUD doesn't " Show " how many days a property has been listed ... you pretty much have to do your own due diligence and add the days up , from the date the property wwas listed, up until that day that you're looking up a property.This is where having a qualified HUD agent can really help you out , in that they can notify you as soon as....1.

However given the correlation to commercial RE thought here was best.I've noticed on some of the financial products I've been pursuing/commercial loan apps, and personal financial statements, all of them have asked about life insurance.For any in the commercial lending realm or those who have filled out more commercial lending applications/financial statements than they care to remember, do you feel or know if the life insurance section carries much weight on  your application/ability to obtain the loan?
