If they are paying, you can buy a few similar notes and hypothecate or borrow against their value, sort of a BRRRR, though you still don't have a deed, you just have a promise to pay and an encumbrance or lien on the property that will be eventually paid off & now you have a loan to pay back from the homeowner payments.If it's not paying, you will have to foreclose or get them to deed the house to you.
