With hundreds of conversations to follow, blog posts, podcasts, etc. it's easy to find myself in a BiggerPockets black hole.

Right now I make more passive income selling SPX stock options month to month, but then again who knows how long that will last based on this synthetic, monetary policy based economy.

I'll fall back for now so that I don't fall in a hole that I can't get out of in my very novice position.

But with no real monetary commitment from the buyers, and with such low credit score requirements to qualify for FHA loans, what will happen when home prices collapse again in the future?

For blown in, a round hole is cut at the top of the wall cavities between studs (and below window sills), then the insulation is blown in, then patch and paint the walls. 

Property 1 has been closed on.3 Bedroom 2 Bath 1600 sq feet, 4 types of flooring, a crappy kitchen, a bathroom with a hole rather than a tub, a few holes in the drywall, some crappy wallpaper, and bare slab in the middle of the living room... but I purchased it at 118, and the smaller house (2/1) across the street which was nicely reno'd sold for 175.  

Having just gone thru a divorce I'm wanting to get out of the hole that has left me in. 

She fell into this hole because a Contractor ran off with her money after doing very little to no work. 

Means more holes.
