Hello Everyone,Call me crazy, as every podcaster in the multi-family space always seems to bemoan working with sub B-Class tenants, but here goes: -I'm looking at several multi-family properties in the Montclair/ Ontario area (inland empire), that would be great investments, if it could be transitioned to Section 8 subsidized housing tenants.

If and when my tenants leave, I would go to the bottom of the waiting list to rent it out again and thereby be sitting on a cash drain with the mortgage and HOA dues, and I would not even consider moving out of my primary residence to live there due to the space my family needs.
