Is it personal preference or do homeowners go with a "bigger is better" mentality?

Many of these people struggle with mental health and/or drug addiction.

In just thought and wondering, do you think that form of advertising generates a different type of seller mentally?

I work in mental health and hoping to become a PMHNP in the future.Living close to the coast (I only mentioned coast because the hospital I work at is close by the coast) would definitely be ideal, especially since driving after a shift, I doze off very easily while driving... even if I nap in the car before hand.

Mentally, how do you prepare should rates rise and rents don't rise correspondingly?

Me mentality.

My thoughts is that it would help any mental blocks I would have when the time comes to purchase as well as give me a greater perspective when I start analyzing properties.
