I understand the current market cycle is unpredictable at the moment and that it likely won’t be corrected by the time I’m financially stable and ready to invest, however that is why I am currently considering wholesaling real estate for the chance to jump start my plan and take action as I can’t help but feel guilty for simply going to school ( I aim to be a medical laboratory scientist and eventually a director).

It depends...which I know is the worst answer XD I currently focus/specialize in MTR in the Boise, ID area, but I had to do a lot of market research to learn the demand of what industries in the areas are calling for traveling professional, the tier system of hospitals versus their need for specialized medical departments/needs, and competition analysis of platforms like VRBO/AirBnB to see the success of similar like properties.

I hear ya on living off the govmit teat its generational and systemic .. the year i spent in Jackson MS some of my clients that were raised there said that about 7 out of 10 residents of the city got some sort of govmit help .. from housing to food to medical to who knows what else. my point was the starbucks barista who risks scalding them selves daily where do they live. ??
