I know I'm getting here a little late butt I had to give my 2cents, I've been building homes and commercial for 40 years when it comes to any electrical work you should only do biz with a licensed and insured electrician state laws require it for the simple reason fire safety.You have to have someone who can be held accountable in a case of poor wiring if an outlet pops when a tenant goes to plug in a lamp or a breaker box is hot to the touch you get my drift right?

He was the one that told me that if there are so many "outlets" for water, you have to have x amount of pressure and you can't get that unless you get to 1.5" supply.

I bought my second place which was foreclosed and a year later they are starting to build shopping outlets, cinema nearby, and houses selling for 4x as much across the street so I now have nice equity packed into it.
