A foreclosure would affect your credit.I do not think that you could be liable for the mortgage, but you could loose your interest in the house if it is foreclosed on, but that is the same as it is now.Since you are not on the mortgage, you do not have any responsibility for that debt so it should not affect your debt to income ratio.

My question is this, are they legally still bound to the lease through the 60 days or do they have to still at least give me a 30 day notice that they are leaving even though I gave them the 60 day notice already?
