Hi BP Fam ,I'm looking at a rental property I want to buy but don't want to put down the 20% on a DSCR Loan.

We had this property for 10 months with a FHA loan and it's a pretty quiet mountain town with short term rentals. 

Essentially my idea would be to sell 1/2 my interest, pay off the existing loan, and be "partners" with this person as long as there is a defined exit strategy. 

I have found a family member that's willing to give me a loan for a rental property.
