They definitely are a legitimate source of income.  

Might be tricky at our venue.

Augustine is a year round destination because of its history, easy to get to location for most  of the population, wedding venues and the ocean.

They all think there is a legitimate case and that it’s the subject of fraud.

Or it is closer to a purpose built venue that will need substantial work if the tenant vacates?

Like many I am nervous about getting scammed and making sure the developer is legitimate. 

The illegal units are all attached to this additional landlord meter.When I started REI, I had licensed electricians tell me that to obtain an additional meter, the unit would have to have a legitimate CO, the building department has to come by to take a look.

There are enough deals on the planet for every person who legitimately wants one.
