The biggest problem is software users not taking the time to learn how to use it.Part of this is due to poor design so it's not "intuitive", but most of it is lazy users.

Before parenthood I enjoyed early morning gym sessions and afternoon/early evening runs. 

Lazy contractor or ignorant handyman, most likely.

Thank you lazy-bones because they leave money of the table (and occasional pick up pennies and nickels when they bid on properties blindly).

I tied up the property for 2.5 days (Saturday, Sunday and Monday Afternoon) or 1 business day (Monday) and still I am expected to pay $600!!
