The biggest problem is software users not taking the time to learn how to use it.Part of this is due to poor design so it's not "intuitive", but most of it is lazy users.

I sent them the following email template below:“Good afternoon X,        After going through your Google form responses, I wanted to reach out and see when you have some time to come check out unit 1 on 123 Main St in X.After you do a walkthrough of the unit, if you still would like to move forward, the final step would be to fill out the Zillow application with the official income verification, credit & background checks, etc. and then the owner will make their final selection.I look forward to hearing from you!

'ah you are just lazy trying to chase quick commision lol )Then I strategically examine the data when and exactly at what date it should be in the MLS..... bummmmm.... just 3 DOM , sold price is near 1 mil LOL real estate is actually the most easiest predictable future event that I've ever analyzed.
