Can you please advise me on how to purchase an out of state home where the owner has a reverse mortgage on it? 

I know mobile homes can sometimes need more work than a stick built home.

Even if summons is served at the address noone is there to sign it or receive it when a server tries to serve it. how does it work if server cant reach the defendant.
