All of the above going well: Great job, but if you're getting blown up with requests and showings and applications it means you probably priced your place too low and you should consider increasing the asking the next time. 

Or a lesser fee for them to be the our exclusive buyer's agent.In my head, I wanted to tell her she's about to lose her job.

As someone who has written some net algorithms for just those jobs...I wouldn't want to do it

Its a nice area, prices have doubled or so in the last ten years, but there are still deals to be had.

I am not why I should fee shame, If someone takes money to find a good tenant and they do not do their job well.

There is a roofing guy owed money but he isn't going to lien us because he is owed from other jobs from this builder so is suing him.
