This gives additional reassurance that this specific 'fringe' region between Waldo and Marlborough is a sound area to invest IMO. particularly in the long term.Main issue with the Quads is price: they started at $550 asking in September of last year.

Also, when talking with different septic companies you can also bring this issue up as I find contractors to be very helpful when it comes to permits and the city or county.

Linda I dont bother, most of these including mortgages are wiped out when tax deed issued as long as county does proper notifications.

Most of the OOS markets investors target do not have much appreciation potential, are lower end properties that will have ongoing issues and will not give the OP the opportunity to self manage his units to gain true real estate experience and understanding.
