I’m currently out on vacation with limited internet access

This is the first forum post that I have ever tried to write in my life and I wanted to start here because at the end of the day, I feel I have a large opportunity but I cannot find anyone in my area who's done a deal quite like this before, and has no experience in this type of real-estate.Setting the StageI live in a more rural area on Washington State, yet we are within a 2-hour drive of Seattle, WA.I have boughten 4 acres of airport frontage in our local airport and I own it almost free and clear, I only owe $50,000 left on a property valued at close to $800,000, according to the county.Currently, it's bare ground with, power and internet to the property and I would need to bring out the city's water and sewer to the property.ProposalI'm proposing to build up to 8 (maximum allowed by FAA per acre size) condo hangars with direct access to the airport itself.

The internet says to just mail the form in, so that is what I'll do! 

In Ohio, water&sewer is staying in the name of the property owner and Tenants just get billed for usage.All other utilities (electric&gas, cable, internet, phone etc) are between Tenant and the provider of the services.

It can be ugly as sin in a place that I would never want to live in....horrible layout.... ugly color......traffic.....noise......whatever..... if it make me $$ I don't get a sh*t....

Tenant has credit score above 650, but I am really concerned about this item in his credit report.I searched internet, someone said "cancelled by credit grantor" is not a bad thing.But Balance really scare me.

Incase you didn’t know there is $ 10 monthly fee to retain the footage on cloud and needs internet.

So it found that I pay for my AT&T phone bill and my internet bill and gave me 15 more points just for on time payment history. 

Does anyone have a basic layout of acquisition costs and monthly cost breakdowns for one of their rentals?

I make a note of the addresses that I find interesting and come home and look them up on the internet (county tax office).
