The hookup quote is $375 and cable is depending on linear feet (haven't actual gotten a quote for that yet).I'm guessing your suggestion is to go a head and make the upgrade.

Take for instance, a fairly normal person who has a standard of living around $6000/month (before taxes).

Based on work that I've had done by them before on other properties, I was able to spitball in my own head about what they'll charge me to move the condenser and rework the mess in the utility room.  

I don't think it will have much effect on residential, but generally speaking it's a city headed in a decent direction.

So after about 2 weeks of BP, a thought enters my head, instead of just complaining about poorly kept and vacant buildings that are preventing a street or block from being its best, why not put my money (or other people's money) where my mouth is?

To help lower the cost of the water try switching to low flow toilets, water conserving faucets and shower heads.

If it was my brother (for instance), I would be willing to take on a loan myself and just do a contract between us based on the agreement.

For instance income being 3x the rent...
