@Anh Le the Michigan Real Estate Investors group also shares deal that their member posts - lots of wholesalers but mostly Macomb, Wayne and Oakland Counties - some are out of that area also but all in MI

I realize that this post is from 7 years ago, BUT if you ever need someone licensed in both states, I also have access to the MLS in Illinois and Northwest Indiana and own properties in the area :) NWI is an amazing place to invest and I am now trying to sell some of my Chicago properties to go all in Northwest Indiana 😃

Are the rents posted on the HUD website not the actual rents that are being paid to landlords?

I look up as much information as I can through search engines but in todays world, a lot of people have more unique jobs and I do not want to call only the numbers the applicant has provided.

I am looking at a house that has suffered a lot of damage post foreclosure.  

Four, I'd like to know any additional information that will be helpful.
