I will tell you that honestly I am intrigued and impressed by people who have taken the initiative to learn a second language.

I have been under the impression that it's okay to purchase a home at a market value price, if there is minimal cash needed and cash flows nicely each month.

Made so much of an impression on me when I visted several years ago, that it influenced my personal new home design I'm working on now.
