Just want to start by saying how impressed I am with this site.

I've been using the tech hard for business purposes (non-real estate) since 2009, watched it improve impressively year after year.

I'm impressed with the construction but my observations are:1.

@James Wise you should reach out via direct message and tell them how impressed you are by their actions.

It’s impressive - but can be risky too.

The whole property is not very presentable now and may give bad impression to tenants.

They are not massive profit centers, but I was impressed with how simple condo investing can be.

Further, from the lenders I’ve talked to, JG Wentworth has been the most impressive as far as rate and apparent service.

I even mentioned if the buyer has that much of an issue we would happily be out before the house closed and or find a place for the dog to stay for the last week of his stay here.I get the impression he maybe is implying to these buyers that we plan on staying longer than we do, to help sell the house.
