What exit stategies have you considered and implemented with your small multifamily properties?

I liked that the idea, and wanted to go for it.what are the options to implement this partnership?

Since I do not have the capital to purchase the entire property myself - what is the best way to structure a partnership/llc if I want to buy a multi-family property - particularly while implementing an owner-move in eviction?

@Tony R Fox Get a duplex or fourplex and implement all the other suggestions you got so far.  

A good place to start your research is http://firb.gov.au/real-estate/ as there are numerous restrictions and duties that have been implemented at a state/federal level in recent years. 

You should consult a tax professional on items relative to tax structure,implementation,timing,etc.I would run by what you are doing with a tax specialist even if you do your own taxes a consult would be wise for guidance to validate what you are thinking is accurate.

Just curious if anyone is successfully implementing Traction and the 10 year, 3 year, and 1 year goals as well as PLMs, Issues list, To-Do lists for REI?  

Looking for generalized discussion about the effectiveness of implementing a strategy that revolves around this concept.
